About Me

Hello, I'm Faye. I live in a charming little seaside town called Bangor, nestled along the Northern Irish coast. Becoming a mum completely transformed my world, and from that experience, I developed a deep passion for supporting women through life’s many transitions. I love helping them find moments of peace and connection, easing stress through the healing power of touch.

When I’m not working, you’ll probably find me by the sea. I feel most at home there, whether I’m swimming, walking the pup, collecting seashells with my girls, or just sitting quietly, watching the waves in awe.

My journey into Reflexology began after the sudden loss of my mum in 2013. During that incredibly difficult time, this gentle, holistic therapy made a huge difference in my life. Each session wrapped me in a calming embrace, helped me sleep better, and released so much of the physical tension I had been carrying. It felt like a gift, and I knew I wanted to share that gift with others.

I fell in love with Reflexology and, in 2019, while on maternity leave with my youngest, I decided to pursue it professionally. Since then, I've earned my Level 3 Diploma with Sheila Nugent School of Reflexology and continued expanding my knowledge with specialised training.

Baby Reflex in 2020

Maternity Reflexology with Sally Earlam in 2021

Reproflexology TM with Barbara Scott in 2023.

I'm proud to be a Full Member of both the Association of Reflexologists (AoR) and the Association of Reproductive Reflexologists (AAR).

It’s an honour to support women on their journeys, offering moments of stillness and care in a busy, ever-changing world.
